Some customers has reported problems running the 3D Studio Exporter plugin. Running the following utility from Microsoft might solve this problem. Please select the appropriate version, 64 bit is for Windows XP 64 only, and 32 bit for all other versions of Windows. If in doubt you should probably choose the 32 bit version.
